5-axis simultaneous motion lets the spindle reach compound angles, undercuts, and contoured surfaces in a single workholding. Every re-fixture introduces datum error. We eliminate re-fixturing. Parts that once required four setups complete in one. Tighter tolerances, shorter lead times, fewer non-conformances.

How we run it

From STEP file
to first article.

Every 5-axis program starts from your geometry. We import the file, program the tool paths, build the fixturing, prove the run, and document the first article before anything ships.

CAM from your native geometry

STEP, IGES, DXF, and SolidWorks files load directly into our programming software. Tool paths drive off your actual design intent — not a re-drawn approximation of it.

Palletized lights-out workholding

We engineer palletized fixture setups so cells load multiple parts and run unattended overnight. Consistent cycle times, no operator-to-operator variation, throughput that scales without adding headcount.

In-process gauging

The spindle probes the part while it is still on the table. Deviations caught in-machine cost an offset correction. Deviations caught at final inspection cost a scrap. We find them first.

Inspection

Option to request a standard First Article inspection report, a CMM report, or an AS9102 standard report. We also provide PPAP for production items.
