Hardware insertion to your callout

Threaded inserts (Helicoil, keensert), dowel pins, roll pins, fasteners, bushings, and bearings sourced and installed per your drawing. We buy in bulk — your hardware cost is lower than if you sourced it separately.

Sub-assembly per your drawings

Light mechanical assembly, torqued fasteners, serialization, and labeling as required. Assembly records retained in your job folder. We follow your assembly procedure, not a guess at it.

Kitting to your BOM

Multi-level BOMs tracked through Jobboss. Nothing falls through the cracks between machined components, purchased hardware, and documentation. You get kits that match your receiving checklist exactly.

Certificate of conformance

Every shipment includes a C of C documenting lot numbers, quantities, revision levels, and inspection status. No open questions at your receiving dock and no manual cross-checking against a packing list.
