Jarvis Manufacturing has been fulfilling the precision machining requirements of the Bay Area since 1959. Our advanced CNC machine tools provide us with capability to machine complex parts to unrivaled quality. From design consulting, to prototyping, and seamless transition to production and assembly, Jarvis Mfg. has been a trusted supply chain partner with leading high-tech, medical, aerospace, and oilfield companies.
We maintain a modern and flexible manufacturing facility to machine parts from aluminum, stainless steels, plastics and hard to machine metals and super alloys. Our multi pallet manufacturing cells provide us with the capability of unattended lights out production capability on large and small quantities.

Our Strategy
Jarvis Manufacturing develops and builds long term relations with our customers by consistently delivering products which meet or exceed our customer’s requirements and expectations on time and at reasonable prices. We continuously invest in state of the art equipment, software and employee training to meet these goals.
We prefer to work closely with our customers during the design phase to provide them feedback on manufacturability and cost reduction strategies. We also provide value added services of assembly and kitting.
We are a preferred vendor for a majority of customers for the above reasons and our relationships with these customers go back 15-40 years.
